Louisiana has some great shopping from malls to quaint antiques, you can find it here. The best shopping in Louisiana are in the big cities like New Orleans and Baton Rouge where you can find a plethora of shopping malls to choose from. The smaller cities have some quaint shops to get little souvenirs and antiques and the casino towns have some interesting souvenir shops inside the casino hotels.

New Orleans:

New Orleans shopping is the best shopping in Louisiana. You can find the traditional malls like the Esplanade and Clearview mall with the typical stores like Macy’s and Dillard’s. There is also the French Quarter Riverwalk Mall with Banana Republic, Chico"s, Gap, Victoria"s Secret, and more.

For the more upscale New Orleans shopping experience try the shops at Canal Place and pick-up elegant baubles at Saks Fifth Avenue and Gucci to name a few. You can also find L’Occitane, Williams Sonoma and several places to eat. This is the premiere location of Louisiana shopping so bring your cash and prepare to spend it.

Other good shopping in New Orleans can be found by wandering the streets of the French Quarter and traipsing down Magazine Street with its interesting boutique shops, art galleries, antique shops and auction houses, as well as a few Voodoo shops!
