Sailing round a Caribbean island on a luxury yacht can be hot and sticky work.
Just ask Coleen Rooney, who cooled off with a nice cold shower as she and Wayne took a boat ride round Barbados today.
The wife of the Manchester United star looked like she was in need of the refreshing pick-me up, as she washed away the heat of the day.
Looking svelte and trim in her blue bkini, she also washed off the salt from the sea after indulging in a spot of snorkeling off the boat, which took her, Wayne and their holiday party out in the Caribbean.
And although it seemed as though they had left their eight-month-old baby son Kai back at their £5million holiday home, Coleen was spotted with a baby bottle in her hand, suggesting that he too had come along for the ride.
The couple decided to take a holiday to the island following England's now infamous exit from the World Cup.

Yesterday they took a boat ride round the island looking for the perfect spot to enjoy some snorkeling.
Getting herself to the front of the queue on the boat, Coleen, 24, couldn't wait to get into the water, although Wayne, also 24, looked a little less enthusiastic.
And while his wife has been topping up her already tanned skin, Wayne should probably think about a higher factor as his shoulders started to go a shade of pink.

Yesterday, Coleen and Wayne took baby Kai down to the beach where they played happy families as they larked about with him in the ocean.
Little Kai squealed and laughed as footballer dad Wayne lifted him high into the air while they played in the ocean and Coleen looked proudly on.
But the 24-year-old had to give into her maternal instinct when it appeared Wayne had lifted their son a little too high - reaching her arm out protectively in case the tot slipped.
Dressed in a trendy green bikini, Coleen looked every inch a yummy mummy as she enjoyed the sunshine in the holiday hotspot.
Looking tanned and toned, the WAG couldn't hide her love for her son as she spent time playing with him on the beach while Wayne made the most of the watersports available.

After having a go on a slightly feminine pink jetski, Wayne decided to try his luck on a towable inflatable called Great Big Mable.
Giggling and laughing, Wayne hung on for dear life as a speedboat pulled the inflatable rapidly across the water.

Wayne and Coleen are in Barbados with Coleen's two brothers, making the most of their time off before the football season starts again at the end of the summer.
The couple are planning to spend the majority of their time at their new holiday home, before enjoying a Caribbean cruise, and then a few days in Las Vegas - one of their favourite holiday destinations.

But before that, they will be taking advantage of their luxury surroundings on the Caribbean island by taking the time to enjoy their recently-completed six-bedroom villa.
The property comes with an infinity pool and breathtaking sea views from the bedroom, and the living room areas.
Guests at the stunning mansion will find themselves entering a grand lobby which leads to the main hall and expansive living quarters, as well as the lounge area, which opens outdoors on to a link bridge leading to a covered outside dining terrace.

In addition, fashion-conscious Coleen has furnished the new villa according to her exacting tastes.
The mansion is situated on the island's 500-acre Royal Westmoreland development, which is already home to some famous faces.
Ex-boxing champion Joe Calzaghe, Wayne's teammate Rio Ferdinand, Gary Lineker, cricketer Freddie Flintoff, and TV hosts Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly all own homes there.
